Return Policy
No returns or exchanges
Because this shop offers made-to-order fulfillment, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, the buyer can contact the seller about any issues with an order.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted if requested within 4 hours of order placement. After that, we do not accept order cancelations.
All our prices include shipping, which is a minimum of $ 30 for wreaths and a minimum of $8 for bows.
If you are local to Columbia, SC, and wish to pick up from our office, you can save the shipping costs and get a discount in the amount listed above on your order by using the discount code LOCAL for wreaths or LOCALBOW for bows.
Processing times are 3-5 business days since our products are Made-to-Order.
